I hereby assign and grant to Rural Action, its representatives and employees, the right and permission to copyright and/or use and/or publish photographic portraits, pictures, and/or video of myself in which I may be included in whole or in part of composite or reproduction or otherwise made through any media at their offices or elsewhere for art, advertising, poster, brochures, promotions, social media, or any other similar lawful purpose whatsoever.

 

I hereby waive my right to inspect and/or approve the photo, video or finished product of the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith.

 

I hereby release and discharge the above, its successors, and all persons acting under its permission or authority, or those for whom it is acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, altercation, optical illusion use in composite form that may occur or be produced in the taking of said photo/video or in any processing tending toward the completion of the finished product.
